Red Door Refresh

A+A Home Designs was hired to come up with a redesign for the primary bathroom and to update the vanity in another bathroom. The homeowners wanted a rustic spa-like retreat and we created just that. The primary bath is more functional for the homeowners and provides a tranquil space for them to start and end their days.

Rosholt Restoration

Restoring a 105-year-old family farm house was such a fun project for our team! The homeowners wanted to stay true to the era of the home, yet incorporate some of their own tastes. We completed a full re-design of the kitchen, bathroom, entryway, and were able to add in a laundry space on the main floor. Our client absolutely loved the 3D rendering so much that she went with our exact recommendations. With joy she said, “I can’t believe you nailed it after meeting only one time!”

One of the best decisions I made in 2021 was paying these gals to tell me how to fix my kitchen! A+A Home Designs knew exactly the look I was going for and did all of the decision-making for me, which helped tremendously with all of my anxiety! I absolutely love that they gave me such a life-like “rendering” aka drawings/blueprints of what my house actually looks like! It made it sooo easy to fall in love with their design and then to execute what I now knew I wanted! Being able to see a picture of your own house with the cabinets/counters/layout that you think you might want BEFORE actually making the big purchase of those items is a total game-changer! Rural Refresh

While moving into a family home, the homeowners of this Rural Refresh wanted to put their own touches on it. With a full house remodel planned, we were hired to re-design the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. We removed a wall to open up the kitchen and living room and the results were incredible! The change was so drastic it almost felt like a different home.

Amanda and Alicia have a level of professionalism and knowledge that is outstanding! We first met with Amanda to discuss what the vision was for our house. She was able to take exactly what we wanted and delivered a design that exceeded our expectations.
We certainly had questions, with this being our first build, which was met with timely, accurate, and professional direction! We absolutely love our house and would hands down recommend Amanda for your future design needs!

Riverdale Loft

Running out of room for their extended family, we were hired by our clients to design a detached garage and loft space that offered additional sleeping quarters as well as an entertaining space. The finished result is a handsome detached garage with a stunning loft that captures the breathtaking views of Lake Sakakawea. We assisted with drafting and interior design as well as completed the cabinetry design for this project.

Farmers Union Oil of the Southern Valley decided to make a big move and build a new Travel Center in Wahpeton, ND. We wanted a store that sets us apart, so we asked Amanda and Alicia if they would help design the color scheme used and how the interior layout would look. They brought so many new and innovative ideas. We are very happy that we sought their help and resources. In the future we look forward to doing business with them.

Modern Mulligan

These homeowners originally reached out for guidance on picking out a siding color for a garage addition. After connecting, the homeowners decided to take advantage of the construction already going on at their home and did some long-awaited renovations inside the house as well. The entire home transformed into a clean and contemporary retreat for the entire family.

This project was featured in Midwest Nest’s April 2022 issue.

Amanda and Alicia were great to work with. They took all our thoughts and ideas into consideration and perfected them. Their attention to detail and knowledge of the design process from start to finish is truly amazing. The Shouse

The Shouse was designed for a busy family of five. From the open floor plan to the transitional design elements, this home is functional and beautiful. A+A Home Designs was responsible for the drafting, cabinetry design, and interior design on this project.

A + A Home Designs rendered a cohesive plan for a new sewing studio in my 1949 home. My new space fits perfectly with the charm of my older home, an obvious plus. I would highly recommend their services!

Summit

A family-owned business wanted a new office space that was both up to date and personally detailed. We developed a floor plan that was both functional and impressive to visitors. Each personal space is an expression of that person’s individuality. We were involved in the drafting, cabinetry design, and interior design for this project.

Lakeside Cabin

An unfortunate flooding situation led to an amazing lake cabin transformation. We were involved in the cabinetry and interior design on this project.

Graham’s Crossing

A long-awaited dream home, Graham’s Crossing was a dream project for us. We truly loved working with the clients to make their wishes a reality. We were involved in the cabinetry design and gave interior design input when it was needed.

Eclectic Farmhouse

The combination of a client with great style and a house with good bones led to this fantastic home remodel. We were involved in the space planning, cabinetry, and interior design of this project.
